Product Introduction

The surface of the galvanized steel plate has a unique smooth, flat and gorgeous star flower, and the base color is silvery white. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of the galvanized sheet can reach 25a, the heat resistance is very good, and it can be used in a high temperature environment of 315°C; the adhesion between the coating and the paint film is good, and it has good processing performance, and can be stamped, cut, welded, etc.; The surface conducts electricity very well.

The coating composition is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon respectively by weight. The production process of galvanized steel sheet is similar to that of galvanized steel sheet and aluminum-coated sheet, and it is a continuous fusion coating process. Galvalume-coated steel sheets with 55% Al-Zn alloy coating have superior corrosion resistance compared to galvanized steel sheets of the same thickness when both sides are exposed to the same environment. The 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coated galvanized steel sheet not only has good corrosion resistance, but also color-coated products have excellent adhesion and flexibility.

Main Features

1.Corrosion resistance:When zinc is abraded, aluminum forms a dense layer of alumina that prevents further corrosion of the corrosive material inside.

2.Heat resistance:Aluminum zinc alloy steel has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius.

3.Thermal reflexes:The heat reflectivity of Al Zn steel plate is very high, which is two times that of galvanized steel sheet.

4.Economical efficiency:Since the density of 55% AL-Zn is smaller than the density of Zn, the aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet is more than 3% larger than the area of the plated steel sheet when the weight is the same and the thickness of the gold-plated layer is the same.

Production Process

The process flow of the uncoiling stage: the steel coil is hoisted by the crane to the entrance saddle, and the winding trolley takes the steel coil from the saddle and sends it to the uncoiler reel. The uncoiler rotates, the uncoiler swings up, and the strip head enters the pinch leveler. The strip runs forward, and the tail of the previous roll and the head of the next roll are cut and welded on the narrow lap welder. After being sprayed with lye, scrubbed with lye, electrolytic degreasing, scrubbed with water, sprayed and dried, the strip enters the inlet looper.

Coating process stage: The strip steel enters the continuous annealing furnace through the correction roller, steering roller and tension roller, and the length is about 300 meters. After the strip is heat-treated in the annealing furnace, it enters the zinc pot along the nose of the furnace. A layer of zinc liquid is attached to the surface of the strip steel coming out of the zinc pot, and the excess zinc liquid is blown off by the compressed air sprayed by the air knife to ensure that the thickness of the zinc layer is uniform. The strip steel enters the air cooling, and then enters the water quenching tank for cooling. The strip steel passes through the skin pass mill, the tension leveler, and enters the chemical treatment section for passivation treatment.

Finally enter the winding stage. The strip steel enters the export looper, and after inspection and oiling, it enters the coiler for coiling, and when the required coil weight is reached, it is divided into coils. The coil unloading car unloads the steel coil from the coiler, and the steel coil is hoisted by the crane to the finished product warehouse after plating for packaging or transported to the color coating production line for the production of color coated plates.
